Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 Ounces white mushrooms, whole or sliced to preference
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 ounces cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- fresh shredded parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium sized frypan over medium high heat add the butter and vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms and garlic and saute till tender.
- Add the cream, Parmesan cheese, cheese, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir with the mushrooms and warmth till the sauce is bubbly and swish.
- Serve forthwith and garnish with recent parsley.
